About Kicklayer
Kicklayer exists because agency onboarding is still held together by email, Drive folders, forms, and manual reminders. That works for a while. Then a project stalls because the logo is wrong, the copy is missing, or nobody has the right access.
Who it is for
Kicklayer is for web, design, branding, marketing, and consulting teams that need clients to submit the right project inputs before work begins.
Why it exists
The product is built around a simple agency problem: work cannot start cleanly when logos, copy, hosting access, approvals, and stakeholder answers arrive in separate places. Kicklayer turns that request into a client-facing workflow.
What it replaces
The product replaces long kickoff emails, messy upload folders, ad hoc reminders, and status spreadsheets with a guided onboarding portal.
How the workflow works
Agencies define a reusable template, send a client link, collect uploads and answers, review what came in, request changes when needed, and export the completed onboarding package when the project is ready.
